No baby girl is complete without thousands of hairbows! Found a website that sells them for so cheap and you can  mix and match them with different headbands.

Daddy's Little Monkey

I'm so excited that the long awaited Blooming Bath came in today! I ordered the Groupon for it but had to wait until after the ultrasound to actually order one because I didn't want to get gender neutral yellow or white. So happy I could get the pretty PINK one!! Jasmine started her new job at Cinnabon in the mall, so I love when we get to drop her off. Made a quick stop into Gymboree and got her some cute onesies...

The shopping begins! 19w4d

If I still have 20ish weeks left, she might end up with an obscene amount of clothes. I need to pace myself. I rationalized this outing by only buying onesies and pants, essential layette items. They can't have enough onesies, right? I have no idea, but they're fun to buy. I'm waiting until fall/winter to buy winter clothes, there just isn't much available right now.

I started off at BonTon, got everything there for 50% off, then went to Burlington because I had a coupon. They literally had every single item except the duck one for way cheaper than the sale price at BonTon. So I went and returned it all and saved $15. I will always begin at Burlington now!

Little girl accessories are so cute! My winter baby needs to be super cozy!!

I was told the Boppy is an essential product.

I will kiss those ducky feet all day.

This is the first outfit Keith & I bought Lia at Babies R Us right after we found out we were having a girl.

I started knitting this blanket when I found out I was pregnant. It's unisex, but very cozy. My first venture into knitting, which explains why it's awkwardly long and narrow.

Long sleeve onesies and matching leggings.

I couldn't resist some pink zebra!! There's another in there that says, "Daddy's Princess"... awwwww!!!!

These onesies are so sweet, Cinderella theme!

Mama Leslie bought her this little ballerina outfit!!

Jasmine got her this one, it's our little Louie on it!

Letting it sink in

I still cannot believe I'm having a girl. I feel like my phone is going to ring and the doctor will be like, "Whoops, it's a boy, sorry!" I guess you can tell I really wanted a girl, but I think most girls do, right?? I've spent most of the morning adding cute baby outfits to my Amazon wishlist. I think I'll be in debt come December. How can I resist newborn Christmas outfits for my newborn Christmas GIRL?

Hello Little Lady! 19w2d

Keith, Mom and I went to my appointment this afternoon and had our ultrasound which showed a perfect baby girl! She was very uncooperative for the technician. She was head down and facing my back. Not in the best position for pictures, but she did show her goodies for us! I love the picture of the little foot, I can't wait to kiss it!! Doctor said everything was where it should be and our little lady is progressing just fine. I still can't believe it's really a girl! I had a feeling it was. I even wrote about it in my pregnancy journal and I was right. I love being right! For fun, I had used the "Chinese Gender Predictor" app and it also said girl.

Now let the sea of pink overwhelm us! Keith was pulling for a boy, but then again, what man isn't. He is excited either way. We went to Babies R Us and bought a cute little tutu outfit for her. I couldn't resist. BRU really didn't have a great selection, so this weekend maybe I will hit the mall. What a chore ;)

Busy, busy, busy

The past few months have been busy! We went from Bradenton, FL to Johnson City, NY for Keith's school and are expecting Baby Beckman! Here are some pictures that we have so far...
This was our first Ultrasound at 7 weeks.

A little more grown up: profile shot from our 14 week Ultrasound

When we had our most recent ultrasound at 14 weeks, the technician couldn't tell us if it was a boy or a girl. She did hint that it's probably a girl because of what she couldn't see. I'm basing my guess that it's a girl on that. We will find out for sure this Monday!!!

After we got to NY, we took a trip with Mom and Jasmine to Ithaca, NY. Here's a shot I took of Taughannock Falls.
According to Wikipedia: The main cataract of the falls is a 215-foot drop, making it 33 feet taller than Niagara Falls. It is one of the largest single-drop waterfalls east of the Rocky Mountains.

Jessica, Nathaniel, and Grandma Barbara came to stay with us for a few days over the 4th of July holiday. We grilled some good food for the 4th. Showed them around town and just hung out.

Hopefully, Monday I will have more fun pictures and news to share.
